Avocado Chocolate Dessert

ingredients: 125g avocado, 100g banana, 30g protein powder (ESN Designer Whey Double Chocolate, optional), 5g cocoa, 10g honey

directions:
– blend all ingredients together until smooth
– enjoy! 😀

You might need more cocoa/honey if you don’t add protein powder.

Protein Brownies

ingredients: 240g applesauce, 110g flour, 70g protein powder (I used Scitec Nutrition 100% Whey Chocolate Hazelnut), 50g cocoa, 10g baking powder, 20g stevia for baking, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt

directions:
– separate 2 eggs and beat egg whites until whipped
– mix all other ingredients and stir in the beaten egg whites
– bake for about 15-20 minutes at 175° C

Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients: 250ml low fat milk (0,3% fat), 65g uncooked short-grain rice, sweetener, cinnamon, 250g low fat curd cheese
Instructions: Bring milk to a boil, add rice and let it simmer for about 35 minutes on lowest heat, stirring occasionally. Add curd cheese when the rice is cooked, use sweetener and cinnamon to taste. Enjoy. 😉

Low Fat Curd Cheese and what you can do with it..

The taste of low fat curd cheese (Magerquark in german) is kind of sour and that’s probably the reason why lots of people don’t like it. But actually it can be a healthy and filling breakfast. Just add some flavor to it. Here are two examples: strawberries and banana.

Low Fat Curd Cheese with Strawberries

ingredients: 250g low fat curd cheese, some water, a few frozen strawberries, artificial sweetener and/or honey
instructions: mix low fat curd cheese with some water to make it creamy, defrost strawberries and puree them, mix it all together and add some sweetener if you like

Low Fat Curd Cheese with Banana

ingredients: 250g low fat curd cheese, some water, a banana, cinnamon, artificial sweetener
instructions: mix low fat curd cheese with some water to make it creamy, puree the banana, mix it all together and add some sweetener if you like
