– 350g tartar (ground beef below 5% fat; you can use normal ground beef, ground pork or ground turkey, whatever you prefer.. )
– 500 ml sieved tomatoes
– 250g kidney beans
– 2 red bell pepper
– 3 tomatoes
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1 onion
– 2 teaspoon of sunflower oil
– salt, pepper, paprika

I used the Tefal ActiFry for the first time to cook this recipe. At first I put the beef and oil in the ActiFry and let it cook for 8 minutes. Then I added all the other ingredients and let it cook for another 20 minutes. It serves 3-5 depending if you add rice or pasta to it. I just ate it like that and it was yummy. 🙂

– 1 onion – 150ml cream
– 2 cloves of garlic – some lasagne sheets
– 250g ground beef – grated cheese
– 250ml broth – salt
– 500ml passata – pepper
– 200g champignons – oregano
– 1 zucchini

I’ve chopped the onion and garlic, heated up some oil in a pan and roasted them. Then I added the ground beef with some salt and pepper and let it fry until it was done. I’ve made 250ml broth and added the passata and some oregano. Then I’ve put that tomato sauce in the pan with the meat. Meanwhile I’ve cut the champignons and zucchini in small pieces and added them aswell. In the end I’ve added some cream and let it boil for a few minutes. This is the first time I got to use my new casserole dishes. I’ve put a layer sauce then a layer lasagne sheets in the dish. Repeated that 3 times and added grated cheese on top. I’ve baked the lasagne for about 35 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
