“Pasta” Bolognese

Bolognese Sauce

ingredients: 500g ground beef, 1 red onion, 2 cans crushed tomatoes, 1 mild chili, some tomato puree, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, oregano, marjoram, basil

servings: 3-4

ingredients: 500g ground beef, 250g kidney beans (can), 450g white beans (can), 3 small cans crushed tomatoes, a red onion, some bell pepper, a carrot, 20ml sunflower oil, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic

Kritharaki Salad with Ground Beef

ingredients: 500g ground beef, 500g kritharaki (Greek pasta), 3 bell peppers, 1 onion, 40g tomato puree, 40g ketchup, 2 tbsp oregano, 3 packets of dried herbs (Knorr ‘Würzige Gartenkräuter’), 15ml sunflower oil, salt and pepper

directions:
– mix ground beef with salt, pepper, tomato puree, ketchup, oregano, a half chopped onion and fry it in a large pan
– cook kritharaki for about 14 minutes and drain them
– chop the other half of the onion and the bell peppers, mix them with the dried herbs and 15ml of sunflower oil
– when the pasta and ground beef has cooled down mix it with the marinated bell peppers

servings: 6

ingredients: 1,5kg beef, 1,5kg onions, 200g tomato purée, 500ml sieved tomatoes, 550g potatoes, 300g bell peppers, 200g carrots, 1l broth, tbsp. sunflower oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika (spice)

Thai Red Curry

Ingredients:
190g turkey breast cut into bite-sized pieces, some sunflower oil, a red bell pepper cut in strips, canned green beans, 400ml coconut milk light, 70g red curry paste, 250g cooked rice

Instructions:
Fry turkey breast with oil. Add vegetables and let it cook for a few minutes. Add coconut milk next, let it heat up and stir in the curry paste. Add rice last and let it cook for another few minutes. Enjoy! 🙂
