Directions:
Mix liquid ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix it all together and add a piece of caramel candy to each muffin. Bake muffins at 175°C for 20 minutes.

PS: They may look burned because the blueberries made the dough very dark. They actually taste super delicious. 😉

Plain lowfat yogurt mixed with some Ovomaltine powder. I always wondered why you can’t buy chocolate flavoured yogurt in the supermarket.

Blood Donation

I went to donate blood to the Red Cross today for the 2nd time in my life. It went really smooth, we got cookies and coffee afterwards. The coffee was actually pretty good! 🙂
And we got this bag of goodies, which usually contains some kind of chocolate, a small bottle of juice, cookies and some salty snacks. Loads of calories! But since I can only donate blood once every three months, this isn’t so bad. 😀

Craving the taste of chocolate? 🙂 Try making chocolate yogurt by adding some ovomaltine powder to plain yogurt.
