Avocado Chocolate Dessert

ingredients: 125g avocado, 100g banana, 30g protein powder (ESN Designer Whey Double Chocolate, optional), 5g cocoa, 10g honey

directions:
– blend all ingredients together until smooth
– enjoy! 😀

You might need more cocoa/honey if you don’t add protein powder.

Chocolate Banana Muffins

While checking out other blogs yesterday I found this recipe and I often like posts that I want to give a try later. Usually I forget about it pretty fast but today I felt like baking. So while being in the supermarket I checked the post again to see which ingredients I needed to buy. 🙂

Ingredients:
2 large, ripe bananas
3 eggs
5g bourbon vanilla flavour (dr. oetker)
120g/150ml sunflower oil
70g greek yogurt (2% fat)
32g/2 tbsp peanut butter

210g flour (1050)
85g brown sugar
25g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

100g dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix liquid ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix it all together and add chocolate chips. Bake muffins at 175°C for 20 minutes.

Running & Breakfast

I am training for my first half marathon which will be on 4th October. I am super excited already. I ran 15km for the first time today. 🙂

My breakfast consists of 250g greek yogurt (2% fat), a banana, 40g muesli, some cranberries and of course a latte macchiato. 😀

 

Liquid Breakfast

Milkshake – a quick and easy breakfast for hot days.

Ingredients: a glass of cold milk, one ripe banana, a few slices of a frozen banana and some frozen blueberries

Instructions: Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Bread with Chocolate Cream and Banana Bread with Chocolate Cream and Banana Ingredients: 1 tbsp. milk, 3g baking cocoa, 100g low fat cream cheese (e. g. Exquisa Fitline 0,2% fat), artificial sweetener (or honey), wholemeal rye bread, banana Instructions: Mix milk with baking cocoa, add curd cheese and sweetener. Spread on the bread and cut banana in slices.

Ingredients: 1 tbsp. milk, 3g baking cocoa, 100g low fat cream cheese (e. g. Exquisa Fitline 0,2% fat), 125g low fat curd cheese, artificial sweetener (or honey) Instructions: Just the same as in the recipe above. Add curf cheese in the end. Might need some more sweetener since the curd cheese is kinda sour.

Sweet Banana

ingredients: banana, honey
directions: cut banana in slices, add some honey on top and microwave for about 60 to 90 seconds. enjoy! 😀

Green Smoothie #2

Green Smoothie again.. 🙂
ingredients: 150ml of water, a cucumber, 2 small bananas, a pear, juice of an orange, some field salad and frozen leaf spinach
There’s only one banana in the picture because I added the 2nd one in the end when the smoothie wasn’t sweet enough. 😉
