In March 2013 I bought the Omron BF511 body composition monitor. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and was about to start with Weight Watchers in May. So I decided to not only keep track of my weight (hopefully) going down, but also the changes of body fat percentage and muscle percentage.

23rd March 2013, 125kg
body fat: 52%
muscle: 21,4%

I had the following results today, 8th August 2015, 80kg. 🙂

It is possible to change to the better if you put work into it. I did it and I’ll keep doing it.

I feel fat

I am in a strange mood right now. Why do I still feel fat when I can clearly see in the mirror that I am not? It seems like my mind did not keep up with my weight loss. In my head I am still a fatty. When I go shopping for clothes I think people are looking at me because I’m fat. My brother said it could be my red~pinkish hair they’re looking at.^^ Oh well, I just want my mind to adjust to my body.

I bought the Les Mills Body Combat DVDs about 3 months ago and was absolutely excited about working out with them. Well reality check – I worked out twice. -.- Shame on me, that definitely could have been better. But as I’m getting closer to my goal weight I really need to build up muscles and burn fat to get a better shape in general. Let’s face it, I’ll never look like Rachael (on the dvd cover) but I can still try and get close! 😉

Two and a half months without a single post. I apologize to everyone who’s been checking my blog lately without finding anything new! I’m still running, losing weight, cooking, shopping for new clothes – to sum it up – I’m living my life! 🙂
