Basic Porridge

ingredients: 50g quinoa, 50g amaranth, 50g millet, ca. 450ml alpro coconut drink

– rinse quinoa, amaranth and millet well with hot water in a fine-mesh strainer because the seeds are very tiny (especially the amaranth)
– bring the grains and coconut drink to a boil and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes

servings: 3

In this days breakfast I added an apple, my favourite ‘Pink Lady’, some strawberries, honey, lots of cinnamon and 5g dried coconut strips. It was delicious! 🙂
