Quinoa Apple Porridge

ingredients: 50g quinoa, ca. 150ml alpro coconut drink (click here for details), apple, some honey and cinnamon

– rinse quinoa well with hot water in a fine-mesh strainer because the seeds are very tiny
– bring quinoa and coconut drink to a boil and let it simmer for about 15 minutes
– cut the apple in small pieces and add it to the quinoa with some honey and cinnamon
– enjoy!
