Pasta made of 100% red lentils with Bolognese Sauce.

Bolognese Sauce

ingredients: 500g ground beef, 1 red onion, 2 cans crushed tomatoes, 1 mild chili, some tomato puree, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, oregano, marjoram, basil

servings: 3-4

    Never heard of lentil ‘pasta’ though as I love all the pulses it seems a great idea. I’d leave out the chilli, paprika and marjoram in the sauce, though it would be ‘different’.
