ingredients for 2 servings: 500g pre-cooked spaetzle, 250ml low-fat cream (e.g. Rama Cremefine 7%), 100g grated emmentaler cheese, salt, pepper, parsley

– pre-heat oven to 200°C
– heat up cream in a pan, add half of the cheese, salt, pepper and parsley
– stir in the spaetzle
– place the mix in a greased casserole dish
– add the other half of the cheese on top
– bake for about 20 minutes in the pre-heated oven
