ingredients: 1,5kg beef, 1,5kg onions, 200g tomato purée, 500ml sieved tomatoes, 550g potatoes, 300g bell peppers, 200g carrots, 1l broth, tbsp. sunflower oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika (spice)

Protein Brownies

ingredients: 240g applesauce, 110g flour, 70g protein powder (I used Scitec Nutrition 100% Whey Chocolate Hazelnut), 50g cocoa, 10g baking powder, 20g stevia for baking, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt

directions:
– separate 2 eggs and beat egg whites until whipped
– mix all other ingredients and stir in the beaten egg whites
– bake for about 15-20 minutes at 175° C

Rainbow Cake

ingredients: 3 eggs, 150g sugar, 150ml sunflower oil, 250g flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 150g natural yogurt, 2 tbsp. cocoa, food colouring

directions:
– grease baking pan and put in a cool place
– preheat oven to 175° C upper and lower heat
– whisk up the eggs
– add sugar gradually and stir until creamy
– add oil gradually
– mix flour with baking powder and add to the mixture with the yogurt
– fill about half of the dough in 4 small bowls in equal parts and mix with food colouring
– add cocoa to the other half of the dough and fill in baking pan
– add the different coloured dough on top
– bake for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven, the time needed might differ depending on your oven
– let it cool down and add chocolate glazing
