Spaetzle Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings: 200g spaetzle, 180g steak tartare, 250g bell peppers, 360g green beans, 3 eggs, 125ml milk (0,3% fat), salt and paprika, 1 tsp. sunflower oil

Instructions: Fry steak tartare in a pan, season with salt & pepper and add spaetzle & vegetables. Meanwhile mix eggs with milk, season with salt and paprika. Put the vegetable and spaetzle mix in a casserole and add egg mix. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C.

Vegetable Tuna Casserole

Ingredients: 500g mixed vegetables, 150g tuna, 2 eggs, 125ml milk (0,3% fat), 60ml water with a pinch of broth powder, 50g Harz cheese, parsley and nutmeg

Instructions: Boil vegetables. Mix eggs with milk and broth, season with parsley and nutmeg. Put the vegetables and tuna in a casserole, add egg mix and put Harz cheese on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C.

Cauliflower Potato Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings: 400g potatoes, 180g steak tartare, 750g cauliflower, 3 eggs, 125ml milk (0,3% fat), 60ml water with a pinch of broth powder, 50g Harz cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg, 1 tbsp. sunflower oil

Instructions: Boil cauliflower. Fry steak tartare in a pan, season with salt & pepper and add poatoes & cooked Brussels sprouts. Meanwhile mix eggs with milk and broth, season with parsley and nutmeg. Put the cauliflower and potato mix in a casserole, add egg mix and put Harz cheese on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C.

Ingredients for 2 servings: 200g spaetzle (cooked), 150g steak tartare, 500g Brussels sprouts, 3 eggs, 125ml milk (0,3% fat), 60ml water with a pinch of broth powder, 50g Harz cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg, 1 tsp. sunflower oil

Instructions: Boil Brussels sprouts. Fry steak tartare in a pan, season with salt & pepper and add spaetzle & cooked Brussels sprouts. Meanwhile mix eggs with milk and broth, season with parsley and nutmeg. Put the Brussels sprouts and spaetzle mix in a casserole, add egg mix and put Harz cheese on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C.
