What is better than pancakes for breakfast? Right! Pancakes for two days in a row! This time I made them with slightly different ingredients: 100g flour, 80g oat flakes, 180ml almond milk, 2 eggs (separated), 10g sugar and 20g vanilla sugar.
Instructions: Mix all ingredients except egg whites until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix beaten egg whites with the rest.

Low Fat Curd Cheese

250g low fat curd cheese, stirred creamy with some mineral water and mixed with Bolero Almond flavour. Bolero is actually a fruit flavoured drink. There are loads of different flavours, my favourite ones are pineapple, pear and apple. I did not use a whole pack in the curd cheese because the powder is very (!) sweet. 🙂
