Apple Porridge

ingredients: 60g oat flakes, 250ml skimmed milk (0,3% fat), an apple, cinnamon, 1 tsp. honey or a dash sweetener
directions:
1. grate the apple.
2. boil up the milk with the oat flakes.
3. let the porridge simmer for 7 minutes and add the grated apple shortly before it’s done.
4. add honey/sweetener and cinnamon.
5. enjoy! 😀
