salmon & spinach

ingredients:
200g salmon (smoked), thin slices
200g creamed spinach (I bought frozen)
200g grated cheese (I used Gouda, I guess you can use others too)
200g cream cheese with herbs
1 egg

1. melt the spinach and mix it with the egg
2. put the spinach-egg-mix on backing paper, like a big rectangle and put the cheese on it (you need to roll it later, dont make it too small)
3. bake it for 15 minutes in the oven with 200° celsius until the cheese turns brown
4. let it cool down completely!! and then put the cream cheese on it
5. on top of the cream cheese you put the salmon slices
6. roll it and wrap it tight with aluminum foil and put it in the fridge
